OVERCHARGE/UNDERDEVELOPED

If youre an independent working student you will get a nice shaft after filling everything out. It could easily tell you when filling out certain forms that you will have to pay for the standard + deluxe packages totaling around $90 but they wait until youve filled everything out to get the impulse/agitated people to just give up and hit submit. Id recommend any other tax program, the app has multiple problems including the BS image capture. I had to go through and manually enter my W-2 because the program cant distinguish between alphabetical and numerical symbols like switching 3s to 8s or Bs or Es. What a terrible product overall.
